How to Make a Complaint

A homeowner in Jersey City talking with a friendly pest control provider at the front door of a house

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Tomorrowclark Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Tomorrowclark Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Tomorrowclark Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New Jersey.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tomorrowclark.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened. That may mean reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also go to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
